It turns your CAM tremolo into a fixed bridge with fine tuning. Just replace the load lever adjustment screw with this longer one and replace the tension return springs with this new CAM locking clip, that's it!
FYI: During the 1980's, some CAM mounting plates were custom made with different hole specs to accommodate a manufacturers design. The G&L Rampage is an example. On the square-like mounting plate, the space between the spring holes should be around 7/8" or 22.3mm apart. Just do this simple measurement to be sure your tremolo is applicable. If so, this is your locking clip.
